quick comment on your electrical pit - noticed they have put asphalt. I would go back to Jemena ASAP to get them to concrete it because you may run into trouble with council. They did the exact same thing at my house, the council chucked a fuss and after much wrangling they are going to pay for it. Alternatively you could wait until all the construction is done then get them to fix it.
Also with your asset protection permit - if you haven't alread done so - get council in to inspect and get your deposit back. Let PD apply for an asset protection permit and let them be reponsible for any damage to footpaths etc because it will happen. It may set your building time back a few days but it will save you a lot of grief at the end.
